This page explains what Dirt Gone Wash Co. collects through this website, why, and who touches it on the way. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What you send us

The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and your property city or ZIP. Anything you type in the form is sent to us as you wrote it. You have to tick a box agreeing to be contacted before the form will submit.

The form also sends five things you did not type: the page you were on when you submitted it, the address you landed on, the site that referred you, and two internal ids that tell us which form on which page produced the request. We use these to know where a job came from, and for nothing else.

Who handles it

The form is submitted to WebDevAuto, the agency that built and hosts this site, and your request is passed to Dirt Gone Wash Co. so we can answer it. WebDevAuto handles your details only to deliver the request and keep the site running.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like which pages get read and which city pages people arrive on. We see totals and trends, not individual people. If you would rather not be counted, most browsers can block cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we might reasonably need them to do the work, answer a question about a past job, or meet our own record-keeping obligations. When a request is no longer useful for any of those, we delete it.

Your choices

Call or text us and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

If you agreed to be contacted and change your mind, say so and we will stop. If you are getting text messages from us, replying STOP ends them.

Children

This site is for people hiring a cleaning service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
