We want anyone to be able to read this site and book a clean, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, magnification, or voice control.

What we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means every page can be operated with a keyboard, images that carry meaning have text alternatives, headings describe the structure of the page rather than just making text large, form fields have real labels, and text keeps enough contrast against its background to stay readable.

We treat this as ongoing rather than finished. Pages get rebuilt often, and a change can introduce a barrier that was not there last month.

If something does not work

Tell us and we will fix the page. Call or text, say which page and what went wrong, and we will deal with it directly rather than routing you through a form.

If you need the information on a page in another format, or you would rather just book over the phone, that is always available and there is no difference in price.
